Sena’s team from the Glenhaven branch are amazing. I have had a few cleaners and I am quite fussy. I only met Sena this year after our last cleaner left during covid. Sena sent me a male cleaner and he sure knows how to clean. He is always on time and gets on with the job when he arrives. My house is spotless when I get from work. It looks, feels and smells clean. He cleans my skirting boards and fan arms. ( no other cleaner has done this every time.) I would highly recommend Sena and her team. Sena always replies to txt in a timely fashion. I particularly like that the cleaners are police-checked and I feel comfortable having them in our home when we aren’t there, or leaving them there with our teenager. Darran and Fiona from Houseproud cleaning did an exceptional job! We requested that our windows be cleaned inside and out, including window sills and frames. We also asked if the oven could be cleaned at the same time. Darran and Fiona were on time and efficient, completing the job in next to no time at all. The windows were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned since we moved into our house 4 years ago. We had mould build up on the sill, frame and wall around our bedroom window and it is now completely gone. Darren and Fiona left the windows looking spotless! The old oven also looks like new! These jobs would have taken me forever on the weekend. I work all week and want to spend the weekends with my family. Time is precious when you have a toddler because they grow up before your eyes. Quality of work is awesome. The cleaner I have cleans things that no other cleaning company has ever touched for me. Such as the vents for my ducted air con in every room. He lifts things and doesn’t just dust around them. He doesn’t just dust with a duster he uses a cloth to collect the dust. He knows where to start and finish up so he is not walking over his work. He even folds the toilet paper. In his initial visit had asked me to check his work to ensure I was happy before he went on to mop the floors. He is very punctual. Always on time. The company are very professional and responsive to any queries either via phone, text or email. They listen to you to know your needs and cover any concerns. I am a very happy client. You need to tell them to take the fly screens off or else they dont clean the outside windows. Considering that most people can lift a window out to clean was disappointed.Had the carpets cleaned by a different crew and no attempt was made to take a stain out of the lounge carpet was made. very much a rush job. Very disappointing. I was expecting to move into squeaky clean house, instead I've got this. Disgusting!!! Does this should cost any money?? High traffic areas were left untouched. Windows were smudged. Dusty shelves. Cleaners even lost their tools. Only carpets were ok! Now I have to clean everything by myself. "Cleaning" was done on Wednesday 8 July 20, Beaumont Hills house. I hope you can find this record in YOUR system and give us refund. Otherwise I will go to NSW Fair Trading.

They came to my house, did inspection and then couldn't agree to match a schedule date. This is not done. I said other cleaners to no because of you. Literally, they are not professional. When you don't have a time to match up with your customer don't visit them!

Stay well clear of this company, Dealing with this company was a complete nightmare, being provided a quote and then told the day of the clean about extra chargers they claimed were explained to me and were my misunderstanding which was untrue, waiting well over an hour for the cleaner to turn up and once some of the cleaning had been completed I returned to the home to find the home smelt!! Spoke to head office who stated they would provide a refund yet it’s 3 weeks later and still have no received my refund. Don’t waste your time with this company it’s a headache

Be very careful, they may quote you then add charges at the end of the clean. Saying they didn’t quote you for that, even though they had come out to inspect your house before quoting you and don’t mention any extra costs before doing the work. They could trap you into extra fees.

I asked if the team did an end of tenancy clean, which they said they did. The estate agency was unhappy with the clean and had the HP team come back (showing them the issues). The work was still unsatisfactory so the agent had to bring in their own cleaners to finish the job at our expense. I raised this with my contact, hoping for some recompense, given they have cleaned weekly for us for 18 months. They only wanted to see pictures of the issues, expecting our agent to return to the property once again and take photos of the problems. I said that unacceptable is unacceptable, shared the email from the company, and still no offer of recompense after I asked. I'm out of pocket because of your poor work and would never recommend you to anyone.
