At Houseproud, we believe in fair and honest pricing for every home. To us, that doesn’t mean charging every 3 bed / 1 bath house $150 whether it takes two hours or four. On this page, we explain how our pricing method is different than other cleaning companies and provide some real-world pricing examples.

Why We're Different

Put simply, we price based on your needs, not ours!

How Others Do It

You complete a generic online form that asks:

  • number of bedrooms
  • number of bathrooms

In order to ensure they don’t undercharge if the clean is more complex than they expect, they charge every customer the maximum amount.

So although a simple online quote is convenient, most of the time it means you’re getting overcharged for the service.

How We Do It

We actually speak to you to discuss your home and your cleaning needs.

Sounds crazy right?

Our customers don’t think so!

By speaking to you, we’re able to deliver fair and honest pricing for every customer. That means two things:

  1. We don’t overcharge you by inflating how long we think it will take to clean your home.
  2. Our accurate pricing means we’re able to clean your home thoroughly and exceed your expectations with every clean.
