I've never had carpets steam cleaned before. A bit of Googling around and I hit upon Houseproud and went with them for some reason (just instinct really). Booking service was clear and easy. Phone call to contact me and make time etc. was casual and friendly and stressless. Got a message first thing morning of the day to confirm. Got a message when they were on their way and arrival time estimate (that they actual bettered). Job was done no fuss. Carpet a lot cleaner! I thought the price was reasonable (not super cheap, but not excessive either - seems value for money to me). I don't have a single complaint.

Technitian called way in advance to alert me that traffic was terrible and he was going to be late.Despite being late, he didn’t rush and did a very good job.His machine lost one of its wheels which made things quite tricky for him and yet he managed to do the job properly and without getting cranky which was commendable.And finally the charge was exactly as quoted. Darran and Fiona from Houseproud cleaning did an exceptional job! We requested that our windows be cleaned inside and out, including window sills and frames. We also asked if the oven could be cleaned at the same time. Darran and Fiona were on time and efficient, completing the job in next to no time at all. The windows were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned since we moved into our house 4 years ago. We had mould build up on the sill, frame and wall around our bedroom window and it is now completely gone. Darren and Fiona left the windows looking spotless! The old oven also looks like new! These jobs would have taken me forever on the weekend. I work all week and want to spend the weekends with my family. Time is precious when you have a toddler because they grow up before your eyes. Quality of work is awesome. The cleaner I have cleans things that no other cleaning company has ever touched for me. Such as the vents for my ducted air con in every room.He lifts things and doesn’t just dust around them. He doesn’t just dust with a duster he uses a cloth to collect the dust. He knows where to start and finish up so he is not walking over his work. He even folds the toilet paper. In his initial visit had asked me to check his work to ensure I was happy before he went on to mop the floors. He is very punctual. Always on time. The company are very professional and responsive to any queries either via phone, text or email. They listen to you to know your needs and cover any concerns.I am a very happy client. Considering that most people can lift a window out to clean was disappointed.Had the carpets cleaned by a different crew and no attempt was made to take a stain out of the lounge carpet was made. very much a rush job. Be very careful, they may quote you then add charges at the end of the clean. Saying they didn’t quote you for that, even though they had come out to inspect your house before quoting you and don’t mention any extra costs before doing the work. They could trap you into extra fees.

They only wanted to see pictures of the issues, expecting our agent to return to the property once again and take photos of the problems.I said that unacceptable is unacceptable, shared the email from the company, and still no offer of recompense after I asked.I'm out of pocket because of your poor work and would never recommend you to anyone.
