Darran and Fiona from Houseproud cleaning did an exceptional job! We requested that our windows be cleaned inside and out, including window sills and frames. We also asked if the oven could be cleaned at the same time. Darran and Fiona were on time and efficient, completing the job in next to no time at all. The windows were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned since we moved into our house 4 years ago. We had mould build up on the sill, frame and wall around our bedroom window and it is now completely gone. Darren and Fiona left the windows looking spotless! The old oven also looks like new! These jobs would have taken me forever on the weekend. I work all week and want to spend the weekends with my family. Time is precious when you have a toddler because they grow up before your eyes. Quality of work is awesome. The cleaner I have cleans things that no other cleaning company has ever touched for me. Such as the vents for my ducted air con in every room.He lifts things and doesn’t just dust around them. He doesn’t just dust with a duster he uses a cloth to collect the dust. He knows where to start and finish up so he is not walking over his work. He even folds the toilet paper. In his initial visit had asked me to check his work to ensure I was happy before he went on to mop the floors. He is very punctual. Always on time. The company are very professional and responsive to any queries either via phone, text or email. They listen to you to know your needs and cover any concerns.I am a very happy client. We’ve used Jignesh Prajapati twice to clean our house.On the second occasion my wedding ring and engagement ring were stolen from my underwear drawer. I put these there only 5 minutes before the cleaners came, when we returned they were gone. I reported the complaint to head office, they were condescending and suggested I had mindlessly lost them. They said HR would call me back, two months later nothing. It’s reported to police.The clean itself was fine, few things we needed to follow up. Prices look cheap until your sentimental and expensive jewellery are stolen.

I used their service 2 years ago in May 2019. I had my house painted and some electric work, and changed the carpet. As my wife was 8 months pregnant I needed some deep cleaning so we could move to a clean house before the birth of our first child. Their service was recommended by my niece and I decided to choose their service. When she arrived for inspection and give me a quote I was very impressed by her as she even added a couple of things to be cleaned that I did not thinking about. But, the actual service was not even close to what she promised. It was supposed to be sparkling clean and when I inspected the house after the cleaning I realized that the dust from renovation still there, the doors and windows has not be cleaned completely, dirt and pieces of wires still on the carpet, oven has not been cleaned and more. When I complained she said I need to do 3 cleans after any renovation because the dust keeps falling. That is true for total renovation not painting and dust is no black. Anyway, she sent someone at 8 PM who could barely walk as he had been working since 6 am and he did a lame vacuum and was leaving. Before he leave I checked and saw dirt and many other thing has not been cleaned yet and I was fed up and let him go. They even broke one on my fly screens which they told me but they did no offer any compensation. I have 2 regrets here; 1) choosing this service and 2) paying them before inspecting the house.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. We ordered an end of lease clean with these guys, so let down by them. They did a no show and did not contact us to let us know why! We tried to call and the number was blocked. Thanks heaps Darren, you’ve caused us a lot of problems for finishing up with a lease. Horrible service can’t believe it. All his other reviews sound fake I’m assuming he wrote them all. Apart from the booking which was easy and straight forward, the quality and attention to detail of the cleaner was below any industry standard. Items which we didn’t want to have cleaned, as we leaned them already, have been cleaned while others haven’t been cleaned like our two part splash back in the kitchen. She cleaned the area which has been cleaned already by ourselves but didn’t clean the area which hasn’t been cleaned.Non of the mirrors in bathroom and toilet has been cleaned and the floor was just rushed thru with hoover and mopping.The equipment used wasn’t up for the task as I.e. the hoover seemed not to have enough power and only had one attachment for hard flooring but non for carpet.We have booked and confirmed the cleaner for 3-3.5 hours but after 2.5 hours she informed us she is leaving as she has another job.When being asked for feedback via text msg we responded accordingly and received a msg back saying” sorry it didn’t work out, good luck”. No further questions or what the problem was, neither of we want someone else to come and fix it.Just cannot recommend or would use this company again.

We also asked if the oven could be cleaned at the same time. Darran and Fiona were on time and efficient, completing the job in next to no time at all. The windows were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned since we moved into our house 4 years ago. We had mould build up on the sill, frame and wall around our bedroom window and it is now completely gone. Darren and Fiona left the windows looking spotless! The old oven also looks like new!
