I’d let it go a bit so there was a bit of cleaning to do! (Especially after all the furniture is moved and you see all the dust and grime! 🤦‍♀️). The shower screen, that had looked like it needed replacing, looked incredible after Mandy got to it! Wow! I've never had carpets steam cleaned before. A bit of Googling around and I hit upon Houseproud and went with them for some reason (just instinct really). Booking service was clear and easy. Phone call to contact me and make time etc. was casual and friendly and stressless. Got a message first thing morning of the day to confirm. Got a message when they were on their way and arrival time estimate (that they actual bettered). Job was done no fuss. Carpet a lot cleaner! I thought the price was reasonable (not super cheap, but not excessive either - seems value for money to me). I don't have a single complaint.

We also asked if the oven could be cleaned at the same time. Darran and Fiona were on time and efficient, completing the job in next to no time at all. The windows were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned since we moved into our house 4 years ago. We had mould build up on the sill, frame and wall around our bedroom window and it is now completely gone. Darren and Fiona left the windows looking spotless! The old oven also looks like new! These jobs would have taken me forever on the weekend. I work all week and want to spend the weekends with my family. Time is precious when you have a toddler because they grow up before your eyes. Such as the vents for my ducted air con in every room.He lifts things and doesn’t just dust around them. He doesn’t just dust with a duster he uses a cloth to collect the dust. He knows where to start and finish up so he is not walking over his work. He even folds the toilet paper. In his initial visit had asked me to check his work to ensure I was happy before he went on to mop the floors. He is very punctual. Always on time. Considering that most people can lift a window out to clean was disappointed.Had the carpets cleaned by a different crew and no attempt was made to take a stain out of the lounge carpet was made. very much a rush job. First clean they were 3 hours late and all I received was a text message that they were in traffic. Second clean they just didn’t show up, when I contacted them they said they put me in for the wrong day. No apologies and dismissive communication.Expensive for what it is, took about 40minutes with 2 people to clean my house but charged for 2 hours.

Terribly disappointed with this company. Booked in a end of lease clean 6 days ago, called again yesterday. Was informed that the contractor would call me. No call. Had to call again today. My nephew passed away suddenly last week and have been clearing his unit out for the family. It's obviously a distressing time for us and to find a company that we thought would be reliable has let us down very badly. I now have 24 hours to find a cleaner and have my nephew's unit cleaned. I don't normally make complaints like this but your company knew the circumstances and have been unprofessional & unresponsive. The only positive was your customer services person Jade, who was compassionate and lovely to deal with, but could not do much else for us.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. We ordered an end of lease clean with these guys, so let down by them. They did a no show and did not contact us to let us know why! We tried to call and the number was blocked. Thanks heaps Darren, you’ve caused us a lot of problems for finishing up with a lease. Horrible service can’t believe it. All his other reviews sound fake I’m assuming he wrote them all. I was quoted $625 for a thorough clean prior to moving from our home. The quality of the clean was terrible. An ensuite bathroom was missed, the windows were smudged, kitchen benchtops not wiped down, laundry floor still dirty. We had high expectations for this service as the booking through head office was well handled. Unfortunately the service provided for our house in Drummoyne was disappointing.

Whilst the actual clean was reasonable, I unfortunately can’t recommend Mira and her team. After a few months of a fortnightly clean, Mira informed us with less than 12 hours notice that they would no longer be cleaning our house. When we asked why, we were informed it was because we were rude and ignored their greetings – this is just not true.Almost a month later (so I am not writing this review in angry retaliation), I am still shocked and saddened by the whole situation as we would never treat people the way they said we did. We were left feeling very confused by the whole affair.

Extremely disappointed with the service of this company. Even though the manager Yiwen is lovely, the service rendered by the cleaning crew is dismally below standard. I asked for a deep clean as I’ve just renovated the house and wanted to move in. I was estimated via their website, ticking all the right boxes to make sure I don’t underestimate the costs. Yiwen matched what was given on the website upon inspection. I was very specific as the house is empty, so I’ll need the dishwasher, stove top and oven are cleaned as well as making sure all dust and debris from the renovation is vacuumed.When the crew arrived, 2 of them did the job in 4 hours. As my parents were around, they noticed the ladies did not vacuum the floor nor use any cleaning agent. When I returned to the property, I remove my shoes and immediately feel the floor was dusty and dirty, Yiwen said they’ve vacuumed and mopped. I did a swipe with my hand, and it was black with dust. Majority of the corners were not vacuumed. Areas around bathtub wasn’t cleaned. And it was not even a furnished house!I told Yiwen This sort of standard is not considered a deep clean.. I expect it to be like spring cleaning when all dust balls are vacuumed and drawers wiped down. Yiwen said he didn’t quote me for a deep clean. I told him I ticked the box DEEP CLEAN and even told him when he arrived I’m asking for a deep clean after reno. I’ve pointed out that the dishwasher was not cleaned as requested.. so he asked the lady to do it. When strike me speechless, was she took a rag, again no cleaning agent, and basically WIPED IT. I could’ve wiped it if that’s all it took!! I’ve asked them to mop the floor again as it feels dirty.. and the lady wore shoes over the area she mopped.. when mopping, you can see wet swipes and I noticed the mopping pattern did not cover the area fully.. just haphazardly missing spots here and there. Shocking.If I’m going to pay someone $520 to spring clean an empty house, after a simple renovation job (paint, flooring), at least make sure the floor is squeaky clean and the appliances are refreshed.So disappointed. They did what was reminded and left. My mother and I had to clean the house ourselves with cleaning agent this time .. and ended up doing a better job than “professional cleaners”I did not get the service I wanted. The initial booking was already poorly done and I should’ve went with my gut instinct to just cancel the job prior. Will not recommend. I’ll need to take up with Fair Trading as this is just a shocking cleaning service.

I was a loyal customer for 4 years with Houseproud Cleaning Services. I used a large company with a reputable brand that I thought I could trust. When I raised concerns with regards to a Franchisee, I did not receive support or help to work through the complaint. The franchisor was not accountable for his business or franchise. Would not recommend using this company.

Would not recommend! In my honest opinion we have reason to believe that this company stole money from our home. When approached about our concerns, they blamed their contractor and offered no further support. Whilst it still has not been proven, we have strong suspicion for this and would not trust this company in our home again.

When initially connected to the region team over phone, the experience was delightful and concise. However when redirected to my suburb team, I tried repeatedly to reach the manager for 3 hours both through email and phone, to no response.I paid AUD200 for an end of lease clean, as well as an additional AUD95 for steam carpet cleaning. Due to my work situation, I was unable to check the quality of their clean as I had been working remotely.Trusting Houseprod Cleaning was a terrible and costly mistake. The property agency declared the cleanliness of the place unsatisfactory, and hence has given me another quote to do the job that I trusted Houseprod Cleaning to do.I am highly recommending any other cleaning service as this has been a colossal waste of my time and money.Attached below are pictures of their "cleaning service", including blinds that I was charged extra for.

Apart from the booking which was easy and straight forward, the quality and attention to detail of the cleaner was below any industry standard. Items which we didn’t want to have cleaned, as we leaned them already, have been cleaned while others haven’t been cleaned like our two part splash back in the kitchen. She cleaned the area which has been cleaned already by ourselves but didn’t clean the area which hasn’t been cleaned.Non of the mirrors in bathroom and toilet has been cleaned and the floor was just rushed thru with hoover and mopping.The equipment used wasn’t up for the task as I.e. the hoover seemed not to have enough power and only had one attachment for hard flooring but non for carpet.We have booked and confirmed the cleaner for 3-3.5 hours but after 2.5 hours she informed us she is leaving as she has another job.When being asked for feedback via text msg we responded accordingly and received a msg back saying” sorry it didn’t work out, good luck”. No further questions or what the problem was, neither of we want someone else to come and fix it.Just cannot recommend or would use this company again.

They came to my house, did inspection and then couldn't agree to match a schedule date. This is not done. I said other cleaners to no because of you. Literally, they are not professional. When you don't have a time to match up with your customer don't visit them!

Stay well clear of this company, Dealing with this company was a complete nightmare, being provided a quote and then told the day of the clean about extra chargers they claimed were explained to me and were my misunderstanding which was untrue, waiting well over an hour for the cleaner to turn up and once some of the cleaning had been completed I returned to the home to find the home smelt!! Spoke to head office who stated they would provide a refund yet it’s 3 weeks later and still have no received my refund. Don’t waste your time with this company it’s a headache

Be very careful, they may quote you then add charges at the end of the clean. Saying they didn’t quote you for that, even though they had come out to inspect your house before quoting you and don’t mention any extra costs before doing the work. They could trap you into extra fees.

I asked if the team did an end of tenancy clean, which they said they did. The estate agency was unhappy with the clean and had the HP team come back (showing them the issues). The work was still unsatisfactory so the agent had to bring in their own cleaners to finish the job at our expense.I raised this with my contact, hoping for some recompense, given they have cleaned weekly for us for 18 months. They only wanted to see pictures of the issues, expecting our agent to return to the property once again and take photos of the problems.I said that unacceptable is unacceptable, shared the email from the company, and still no offer of recompense after I asked.I'm out of pocket because of your poor work and would never recommend you to anyone.
