I've never had carpets steam cleaned before. A bit of Googling around and I hit upon Houseproud and went with them for some reason (just instinct really). Booking service was clear and easy. Phone call to contact me and make time etc. was casual and friendly and stressless. Got a message first thing morning of the day to confirm. Got a message when they were on their way and arrival time estimate (that they actual bettered). Job was done no fuss. Carpet a lot cleaner! I thought the price was reasonable (not super cheap, but not excessive either - seems value for money to me). I don't have a single complaint.

Great service! Arrived right on time and got stuck in straight away. First time using a service like this so was feeling a bit awkward but all that went out my now spotless clean windows! Everyone was very professional and friendly and did an absolutely fantastic job! House was looking brand new once finished! Highly recommend and will get again!

Probably the best job I received on my rugs and carpets. The cleaner was on time and professional, took the time to get a few stains out that others haven’t been able. Definitely will use again.

We had Santa come out and clean our carpets in our high rise apartment yesterday. He was very friendly, very professional, and willing to engage with us as the client in conversation. Highly recommended I will use this service again every time I need something done related to residential cleaning. The price is very competitive also. 5 Stars! Thank you house proud.

Technitian called way in advance to alert me that traffic was terrible and he was going to be late.Despite being late, he didn’t rush and did a very good job.His machine lost one of its wheels which made things quite tricky for him and yet he managed to do the job properly and without getting cranky which was commendable.And finally the charge was exactly as quoted. No hidden fees or upsaling techniques.Highly recommended 👍

Great price for carpet cleaning. I made an online enquiry on Saturday and on Monday morning I was contacted by one of their cleaners to confirm my appointment for Monday afternoon. Cleaner was on time and did a great job.
