If you want to keep those bench tops looking marvellous and hygienic Houseproud suggests that you rub bench stains, such as mustard, tea or fruit juice with bicarbonate soda and a damp cloth or sponge. If the stain persists, wipe it with a cloth moistened with a little chlorine bleach.
Erae those perky purple price marks that transfer from containers onto benchtops. Rubbing alcohol gets rid of them easily. Every few days (or immediately after cutting meat or poultry), wipe down food preperation surfaces with hot soapy water to discourage bacteria. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry.
